Cloud Server for Email is operated by CSE OÜ, an Estonian company. Our infrastructure runs from our own datacenter at Tornimae 5, 2nd Floor, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia, providing EU data residency under Estonian and EU law and direct connectivity to European and international ISPs.
Our team operates across multiple time zones and support availability covers business hours in both European and American time zones. Critical infrastructure issues receive coverage 24/7.

Do you offer a trial period?
We offer a sandbox environment for testing API integration and sending configuration before committing to a plan. A sandbox account can be set up within 24 hours and allows full API testing without delivering to real recipients. Contact us to arrange sandbox access.
How quickly can my infrastructure be live?
Standard infrastructure is provisioned and configured within 5-7 business days of payment. This includes server setup, PowerMTA configuration, MailWizz installation and integration, DNS authentication setup, and the beginning of the IP warming schedule. Complex configurations or migration assistance may extend this timeline.
Do you have a minimum contract period?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no minimum contract commitment. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. We do not penalise early cancellation.
Can you help with deliverability problems on my existing infrastructure?
Yes. We provide deliverability auditing and consulting for organisations with existing infrastructure. If you have a specific deliverability problem — inbox placement declining, blacklist events, high complaint rates — contact us with the details and we can assess whether consulting assistance is appropriate.
